About Dina Cohen, MS RDN CEDRD-S
Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist
iaedp-Approved Supervisor
Dina holds a Masters degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and has been a registered dietitian/nutritionist since 2010. She began her career as an associate dietitian at Susan Osher Nutrition Counseling in Toronto. Susan's incredible work with eating disorders inspired Dina to pursue advanced certification in the field, and in 2014, she became a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). Upon relocating to New Jersey, Dina provided medical nutrition therapy at Monmouth Medical Group's Pediatric Endocrinology clinic, which helped her realize how rewarding it is to work with children. She established EatWellSoon with the goal of providing nutrition counseling in a way that only helps and does not harm. Dina practices from a Health at Every Size perspective and supports her clients in adopting healthy behaviors without making the scale the boss. She believes that you can't ever feel good enough on the outside until you feel good enough on the inside, and so she works to help her clients achieve both health and happiness.
Dina lives in Toms River, NJ with her husband and three daughters, all of whom appreciate good food!
